These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of codedrips.com (the “Site”) operated by CodeDrips Pty Ltd (“CodeDrips”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Australian or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

Client project work displayed in our portfolio is used with the respective client’s permission.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry via our contact form does not create a binding contract. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work or client agreement) executed between you and CodeDrips Pty Ltd. No work commences without a signed agreement and agreed payment terms.
4. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. CodeDrips does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any linked sites.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
